M.D. Joseph Rayess
Founding Partner & Medical Director
Joseph Rayess MD is an accomplished urologist and medical doctor with extensive experience in both the medical and pharmaceutical industries in Lebanon, France and Belgium.
He began his career in Lebanon, honing his medical skills and expertise before taking on various leadership roles in multinational pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline. Throughout his career, he dedicated himself to humanitarian work, working with NGOs like the International Medical Corps to help refugees and underprivileged communities in Lebanon.
In 2023, Joseph joined Al-Synapse as a Founding Partner and Medical Director.
With his wealth of experience and passion for helping others, he brings a unique perspective to the Al-Synapse team, and he is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of patients and their families.
